About John Loblack
John Loblack is originally from the tiny Caribbean
Island of Dominica. According to him, if you die before visiting
the nature island of the Caribbean, you will go to hell. In
his former life, he worked as a government information officer.
In that position he was fortunate to travel throughout the
Eastern Caribbean, and Taiwan. John has also been fortunate
to meet and speak with a number of important people.
Since moving to the United States in 1993, he has secured
a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in
human resource development. Currently, John is working on
a doctoral degree in organizational leadership. He has worked
in all aspects of food service, and has taught in elementary,
middle, and now high school. His teaching experience has enabled
him to teach in three states; Connecticut, Texas and Florida.
In addition to his public school experience, he has also been
an instructor of hospitality supervision and interpersonal
communication at the Orlando Culinary Academy.
In addition to his full-time jobs, John works on developing
a professional speaker and seminar leadership business. He
has started a small seminar business; Goalmind Coaching. This
fall his first book "Mental Entree" will hit the book stores.
His goAL is to move away from public school and work as a
full-time seminar leader and professional speaker.
His doctoral degree is being pursued for personal reasons
however; he believes that it will enable him to be seen as
an expert in the field of human development. He intends to
focus his seminar business on education and educational institutions,
food service and hospitality, and human resource management/development
departments.
Non-professionally, he is an avid sports fan, poet, soccer
player, father, son, brother, and civic minded citizen. John
is also a passionate reader of non-fiction books. He is a
